Each year, the SeedSpark Project grows to include more small grain farmers from across the state of Pennsylvania. As partners of the project, each contributes toward a better understanding these long lost heritage grain varietals. The collective information gathered from across the state helps optimize farming practices and helps to create ideal growing conditions for each farmer.
